Khaosan Road or Khao San Road (Thanon Khao San) is a short (410 m (1,345 ft) long) road in focal Bangkok, Thailand developed in 1892 during the reign of Rama V. It is in the Bang Lamphu area of Phra Nakhon District around 1 kilometer (0.62 mi) north of the Grand Palace and Wat Phra Kaew.
