It is located at 212 Moo 9 Pattaya Sai 2 Road, Pattaya Tai, Bang Lamung District. You need to ride a boat in Laem Bali Hai Pier. Tourists must take a speed boat to get inside the submarine. It is about 15 meters deep underwater. You can see  the spectacular beauty of soft corals in different colors like blue, green, and violet. There are two 2  trips underwater around 11am and 1:30pm. And it will cost you 2,500 baht per person.
